OUR STORY

The founders of Tech Search Solutions have both worked in the construction recruitment sector for a collective 30 years.

More and more they were seeing the clients and the candidate’s requirements being considered secondary to the need to cut costs, save money, offshore and automate processes.

This led them to set up their own agency, with the primary aim of putting the candidate and client’s requirements first and foremost. An agency that concentrates on meeting their candidates and clients, listens to their needs and requirements and works with them to find the right solutions and outcomes for both.

We specialise in placing permanent, freelance, and trades & labour professionals in key sectors including Civils, Built Environment, Rail, and Residential.
