YOUR RECRUITMENT EXPERTS
ABOUT US
At Tech Search Solutions, we bring together over 30 years of collective experience in construction recruitment to deliver a service built on trust, attentiveness and results.
Unlike agencies that put processes ahead of people, we believe every placement starts with listening — to the candidate, to the client, and to what success truly looks like for both sides.
OUR SERVICES
From site-based roles through to senior management positions, we offer a full spectrum of recruitment solutions tailored to the construction industry.
Whether you’re a client looking to build a high-performing team or a candidate seeking your next career move, our approach is hands-on, responsive and focused on long-term fit. We don’t just fill vacancies — we build relationships.
PROJECTS
Our track record spans a wide range of construction projects – from redevelopment and infrastructure to commercial fit-outs and engineering works.
Each assignment reflects our commitment to finding the right talent for the right role, ensuring our clients meet their deadlines, budgets and quality expectations. With Tech Search Solutions you’re partnering with a recruitment agency that understands the project landscape and delivers people who perform.
About
our story
With roots firmly planted in construction recruitment, our founders established Tech Search Solutions after witnessing the industry shift toward automation and cost-cutting at the expense of people. That led to a different kind of agency — one that values human connection, listens to real needs and measures success in strong placements and satisfied partners, not spreadsheets alone.
